Cancellation Policy, as we are only a small business, rooms cannot easily be re-let so we recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover this. If you cancel at anytime between booking and arriving the first night will be taken from your card.

If the room is a NO SHOW OR CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL then the whole of the booking will be charged to the card.
